Traffic exchanges work if you have a free report that can show people
how to generate traffic and have them sign up to your auto responder or
otherwise enter a sales funnel they will follow when not surfing. When
surfing every second is looking for new ways to get traffic, increase
conversions and work less.
TE and Safelist do work if you work them but it takes work and a lot of it if you are looking at only the $5 CPA or Cost Per Action (referral) like you are. My bet however is you saved a minimum 30 hours of your labor clicking by upgrading or buying traffic. Even at $3 per hour you would have received $90 in life you didn't have to invest via time in your surfing. That already is a $40 profit meaning you actually got paid when real world value is figured to get 10 possibly future active referrals.
Don't count any of the 10 which is a great number out. I have a top PSA who was inactive for over a year before getting serious about SFI. I have two others who have recently gotten excited because of Opti Build. Never call any inactive as most are simply looking for more information and it's your job to give that to them in your weekly team mail.
